Ghost 12 & Blocked SMTP Ports

I'm running Ghost 12.0.3.24711 on Vista Pro Home.  Recently, my ISP (Comcast) began blocking port 25, used for SMTP.  Of course they didn't tell me, and I had to dig for hours to find out that if I changed my SMTP port to 587, all would be good.  And it is, for the most part.  However, my Ghost email notifications no longer work, because there isn't (as far as I can tell) a way of specifying the SMTP port in Ghost's options.  You can specify the SMTP Server and authentication, but not the port.  Therefore, I no longer get emails telling me that my nightly backups were successful, that the service has been stopped, etc.

Is there a fix for this for version 12?  If not, do newer versions support port specifications for SMTP?  I can't believe I'm the only one with this problem, so surely something has been done about it...
