I recently started receiving error ED00012 during the verification step of an image backup. The error occurred with version 12.0.3.24711 initially. I upgraded to 12.0.5.29804, but the error persists. It occurs *every* time I attempt a backup so it's now been several days since a good backup. I'm running Windows XP SP2 and backing up local c: drive to a USB connected DRobo drive. I've run chkdisk on the local drive (the source drive for the backup.) I don't know if I can run chkdsk on the Drobo drive?
I also run Ghost 12 over the network from another machine and it backs up to this same drive without problems.
Help! I need a current backup.
