Ghost 14.0 Intallation problems and can't activate Product Key

I bought Ghost 14.0 at a retail store.  Having lots of Installation problems.  Uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still keep

getting 'Invalid Product Key'.  There was a card inside the software box with the Product Key number but it doesn't work.

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this?
