The abvove error occurred when I tried to create a custom System recovery Disc on my DELL Inspiron 530. The error did not occur when I attached an external CD/DVD RW recorder (Freecom). After "copying to temporary location" the computer offered me the choice between he CD/DVD drive of my DELL or the external CD/DVD recorder. Although I selected the internal CD/DVD drive as before, the custom disc was created without any problems now. My observation might be of interest for all who encountered Error E7D6001A.
