This is my first post. Not sure how to get online help this way.
I believe my question is similar to an earlier question from mikew on 1-18-2009. He got a response from volunteer pore_vinod that worked for him. However, I dont' know how to get the solution to work for me. I have an XP system with Norton Ghost 14. I am getting the error:
Error EC8F17B3: Cannot complete copying of (C:\) drive.
--Cannot copy source drive to destination location.
---Cluster not allocated.
---Cannot copy source drive to destination location.
----Cluster not allocated.
...When I try to use the "copy my hard drive" option. I can back up from C to D -- but I cannot perform the copy option -- which is what I think I need to do because I want to be able to run the system from D.
When I enter list disk (at the command prompt after entering disk part) I get disk 0 and disk 1. Is disk 0 my C drive and disk 1 my D drive? Is there a way for me to find this on my computer -- (that is -- that disk 0 refers to disk C, if that is correct)?
