The only drive that shows up on startup is my external segate F: drive
Using “Norton Ghost 14 easy setup” Define Backup Wizard the OK box will not light up for me to run “Backup My Computer”
I click the OK block for “Back up my Documents”, click on “OK” and get the following message box:
“An unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit, the application will close immediately.
Index was out of range, must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection parameter name index. “
I am backing up drive C: drive (160GB) on my PC to K: drive (320GB) External Seagate drive. There is plenty of room on K: to backup all files/folders on my computer.
I cannot find any place to pick which drive I want to backup which is my C: drive. The only drive in any of the windows that shows a drive is my external drive F:
