This morning, I backed up “my documents” as a “one-time backup”. The backup completed successfully, after about an hour, to a secondary hard drive (1gig). however, I cannot retrieve the files. The backup job is visible under Advanced Tab, Backup History, , status “available”, size, 44.6 GB. This is the only place that the backup is visible under the North Ghost Shell. When I right click “recover files” the recovery point does not appear, only the previous one which is two days old ( different incremental backup). None of index files appear to show my new backup. I am quite concerned. In the backup data folder, there appear to be new directories created around the time of the missing backup. What to do next?
