Ghost 14, Recovery from Custom SRD Recovery CD Does Not See NAS Restore Points

Subj:  Ghost 14, Recovery from Custom SRD Recovery CD Does Not See NAS Restore Points

We have Ghost 14 and save recovery points to NAS (Linksys NAS200, 2 500GB drives configured as RAID 1 Mirror; NAS200 and PC both conected to Linksys Router, set to DHCP) with offsite copy saved to removable USB drive.  PC is HP Pavillion Dual Core Quad, Vista Ultimate SP1).  We are set up for nightly backup, with new restore point set weekly; for NAS destination folder, the backup job has id/password.

Restore points are being created properly as per schedule.  If i go into the recovery module from within the program in windows session, at first I could not get to recovery points in NAS as the recovery "search in" window by "file name", as it did not have a network source option; however, once i mapped the NAS recovery folder, I can now browse to it from within the "computer" from within Ghost recovery in a windows session.

The problem is if we have to recover via recovery disc.  When created the emergency recovery disc, we first selected "manually" add drivers, and saw that it suggested a lan file from the system, so we went back to "auto" and let it create the CD.  When we test by booting from the CD, it gives us no option to look on the network and does not see the mapped drive letter for the NAS.  We went into the utilities and tried starting network services, but that was no help.

I am guessing that the proper network drivers, and any others necessary, are not making it onto the recovery disc.  I don't know how to do this and need help regarding the necessary drivers (plus whatever else might be needed) and how/where to find them, in order to get network service operating from the recovery cd.

Thanks in advance!!!
