I've had trouble finding this answer on forums, so hopefully someone can help me out.
I currently have two 320gb drives in a Raid 0 on an MSI mb using built-in hardware raid controller. This motherboard has issues and is going to be replaced.
1. When I put in the new motherboard (gigabyte board, also built in raid controller), I doubt my existing raid will be recognized so I will likely have to recreate the array. It will use the same drives, and still have two partitions (C system and D data). Will my currently backed up images have trouble restoring to the new raid array given the new raid controller?
2. If I resize the partitions, will that cause any problems? I currently have a 40 gb system C part, and the rest is D. I would like to increase the size of the C partition to 60gb. Neither currently backed up partition is anywhere near full, so space shouldn't be an issue, I just need to know if ghost can handle the different sizes.
