Long story short... for at least a year I've been using Ghost 9 without problems. After windows upgraded to sp3 it's been a nightmare...
Searching for the error message resulted in no help. Finally, I found that Windows XP Pro sp3 is not supported by Ghost 9... OK... I upgraded to Ghost 14, on 4 May 2009, and installed the software this morning. All appears to have been successful.
Note: My desktop is a Dell XPS with Raid 1 and my external HDD is a Western Digital with Raid 1... I never had any problems with Ghost 9. I am attempting to back-up to a DVD drive installed in my desktop.
I just tried to back up my external hard drive. All went well... until... at the end, it asked for me to re-insert the first DVD... Then this error occurs:

File 'Randy_F_Drive001.v2i' needs to be opened. Insert the first media of the backup set into

I just checked the logs and this is the error report:
-------------------- error message -----------------------------

I will admit it is a new error. Anyone have any ideas? I really need help!!
Thanks
