Ghost 14 unable to create recovery point in Windows XP SP3

It appears that Ghost 14 is no longer usable. This message aways appears and the liveupdates do not fix it.

Sorry to say this because I have been extremely pleased with ghost. I have used it over the last 15 years with success.

I would love for this to work.

Also I do not seem to be able to contact Symantec in any way. Where is the support?

To be fair I used the chat support and after a couple of hours online we fixed it. I stress "we".

1) converted the destination to NTFS

2) Changed a bunch of options.

3)  Setup a new backup regime

 

Not sure which step was the most important.
