This does not appear to work - the task options are all greyed out and Norton Help is worthless on this. I will have to look elsewhere for a good backup/recovery option - any ideas? This is on an HP Pavillion that is 30 days old. Use Norton 360 but now considering complete switch to nother supplier as I am not at all happy with loss of IE 7 64 bit norton toolbar either. Seems like someone may be either asleep at Symantec or they don't care.
