Bought the software yesterday and I've been trying to do a first backup but it just freezes 5% into the operation and so does my pc and I have to shutdown and reboot. Tried uninstalling and running the removal tool twice with reboots inbetween and then installing Gh 15 again, but it still feezes!!! Any tip or advice would be very appriciated! Thanks!
