I havent used any version of Ghost beyond 9.0 (I use 7.0 and 9.0 for corpotate support)
I purchased Ghost 15.0 thinking that it would work as the previous versions had in the past, plus some new features.
Reason for purchasing Ghost 15.0: It seems Toshiba doesnt give you a System Restore Disk now with their PCs. So I have to make a System Restore Disk myself. I have trusted Ghost in the past for this task. I figured it would be the best route.
I am not interested in making images to be moved to a remote hard drive or another remote location over the internet
I want to know if Ghost 15.0 will allow me to "clone" my entire HDD as 7.0 & 9.0 does (allowing me to make a .gho image) and move that image to a removable media as a CD or DVD.
I can make the system recovery disk as instructed on the Ghost 15.0 program. I also have the original disk from Ghost 15.0 (not a downloaded ISO).
Ultimately, I want to have something like the Ghost 15.0 restore disk copied,... but with my HDD Image file on the SAME DISK as well to avoid multiple disk use.
Thanks!
