Ghost 15.0 trial file and folder backup

I recently installed Ghost 15.0 trial and completed a full PC backup without issue.  However, when I tried to do a file and folder backup I receive the following error... Error: "Snapshot error %1. Error EBAB03F1: OS error..." when I create a File and Folder backup in Norton Ghost 15.0

 

I followed the instructions in the link provided by the program along with the instructions in 

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/907574  but nothing works.   The file and folder backup fails everytime with the same error. 

 

What else should I be doing?
