I am unable to create a recovery point on my blu ray drive from withint ghost. the error tells me the media failed to mount :421
I created and successfully burned the recovery point to the disk only by first creating the recovery point on my HDD then using the drive supplied software to burn to the disc. the recovery point to be copied is on and external USB drive.
The process begins, the media is ejected then reloaded and Ghost declares an error. I have attached the series of screens showing the sequence of events.
I'm using windows 7x64 and the drive in question is an LG HL-DT-ST BD-RE BH10LS30 using a BD-R platter.
BTW--The processor rarely goes over 2% and memory rarely over 50% so its probably not a CPU resource issue
I don't intend to do this often but enough to find my alternative process annoying.
