Ghost 15 Backup Destination Problem

Hi;

I've been using Ghost 15 to do an image backup of C: to a portable drive with no problem.

I then configured New Volume D: and New Volume E: drives on the PC (data drives only). I created a new Ghost "Backup of All Drives" - the system reserve, C:, New Volume D; and New Volume E; The destination drive is G;, the portable drive. I've confirmed the properties of the new "All Drive Backup".

See the below image. The Ghost Home page has the triangle icon and says "Attention Needed". The Status Details are "the backup destination on New Volume D is unavailable".

- NOTE: this is incorrect as as configured, New Volume D is a data drive being backed up to the destination drive G. But the left lower section of the image correctly has the Destination Drive as G.

See the next attached image. On the Status page, when I click on the New Volume D F28 backup icon the status in the lower left is Backup Destination, not Backed Up. But note that in the Destination column it does say G.

Still on the Status screen, when I right click the D drive F28 backup icon and select Explore I get the following boxs:

When I select OK in the right box it does mount a new volume/drive and my files that were backed up from New Volume D are on the new mounted volume/drive U.  The following image is the box that appears when I select ok. I can view the New Volume D folder/files from here. So it looks like it did do the backup.

When I select ok in the left Exxplore Options error box that error box goes away and I get the new left box below. The right msg was there previously. It says I cant explore the recovery point but as shown above, a new Mounted volume/drive box pops up and I can see them.

In the above left Explore Options box, when I select No all box closes. When I select Yes the following box appears:

When I select OK all boxes close.

It looks like a product bug as the screens have both New Volume D and G as the destination drive when it is G, and there are other inconsistencies.

I appreciate any guidance on what should be done so that I have a successful backup of all drives and the Ghost product status's are accurate.

Thanks.
