Hi Allen,

You were right it's not Ghost. I just assumed it was the only current back up utility here. It's not 360 either. The one I got is called Norton Online Backup. I'm not using 360. My other Norton product is the Norton Internet Security.

I found the pages again and made screen shots. I set the resolution high because of the tiny text. The attachments are named accordingly and S3NTYN3L is right.

My OS is XP-Pro (2003) SP3

Can you see on the one directly above where it says in middle of page on far right? The link says to activate storage? The one above that is the log activity where it shows at the top I'm at 19 out of 30 gigs. What I need to know right now is:

1. Will Norton automatically delete the oldest back up once I reach my storage limit?

2. Did I do the right thing by choosing the folders I wanted backed up? (I mainly want to protect my artwork and my settings on my pc.)

Hi Pippin,

Thanks for the images. Unfortunately my area of specialty does not include Norton online backup since I have never used it before.

Can you please start a new thread on this and include all the details from your last post along with the images? Having your own thread on this issue will allow others more familiar with this software to provide assistance.

You can click here and then click on New Message near the top left of your browswer window.

Thanks very much

Allen

Sure - and thanks Allen!
