So, this is my current configuration: an HP laptop (DV6-2170) with a 640GB HDD. it came with a sincle usable partition (C) and two unusables (HP Tools and Recovery). Also there's a small 200MB System partition. it has Win7 Home Premium 64bit on it. At that time, I was still new with Win7 and innocently shrinked OS partition C: to 155 GB create a storage partition G: with the reminder.
A year later, I bought an SSD (128GB AnyDATA Sandforece-based) to migrate the System partiton to and thats when I learned about the Dynamic Volume thing. it turned out my HDD was a Dynamic Disk. it has been a year and I paid a lot for nothing. lastly, I bought a 256 GB SSD (SanDISK Extreme) and tried Windows backup and restore with no luck. so before I take the plunge and purchase Ghost 15, I need to know if it supports cloning C: and System to the new drive or not? Also if yes, do I need to prepare the new SSD and how?
