Ghost 15 crashing with External 3TB NTFS

Hello Techs, I'm a tier 3 tech and have purchased ghost v15 - since i have an issue with v11.5

Scenario:  I boot via usb Patriot XT 16GB Performance Flash Drive and works flawlessly with v11.5 to create & restore an image for my laptops with another External of 500GB NTFS, ACTIVE, PRIMARY.

Issue:  Recently we have upgraded our Hard Drive from 500GB seagate to 3TB Seagate, NTFS, ACTIVE, PRIMARY, and when boot from Flash Drive using original v11.5 boot when i type; ghost32.

Ghost tries to open and then closes automatically i still have the ghost logo in the background wallpaper - but the main window where you select ok - just closes.

So i have read many of your posts and find alot of Guru Techs very Knowledgeable and helpful.

Scenarios Performed:

I have tried it with the 3TB as full partition only ghost using diskpart and Ghost Crashes on flash drive - No Luck

I have tried it with the 3TB as 5 partitions and ghost partition is 342GB smaller than Original 500GB Drive. - No Luck

I have tried 2 different USB Patriot drives are:

2 - Patriot Xporter XT Boost 16GB Flash Drive (USB 2.0 Portable) Model PEF16GUSB

2 - New - Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex 3TB USB 2.0 Black External Hard Drive
STAC3000100

1 - Old 500 - HITACHI HDS721050CLA362 (0F10381) 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5"
Internal Hard Drive - Works with no Issue's.

So since we have upgraded hoping there was a possible issue in the past and resolved with newer version.

Any assistance would be greatful, could i still be able to copy ghost v15 files and replace current v11.5 files in directory or do i need to do something special to boot from v.15

So Ultimately I like to use the TB Drive and have ghost run happy with it, need the space.
