I am using the Ghost 15 to perform a cold backup, to an external HDD (Western Digital MyPassport). I have used it already on other machines, and it works fine. When I use it on my HP Probook 4415s, I get the following error....
EA3905ED: Required File Attribute Missing
Here are the laptop specs....
Hp Probook 4415s
Win 7 Pro 32 Bit
Can someone tell me what I need to do?
