I created a Ghost 9 image of drive C. The recovery CD environment does not recognize an unallocated HDD on an external USB 2 connection as valid (error E0BB0004) for some reason. I'm trying to restore an image created by Ghost 9 of my boot drive C to a new HDD. The image is 115 GB and the new unallocated HDD is 2 TB. The error results do not help.
I have two questions:
1. Is Ghost 15 compatible with the earlier v2i images created by Ghost 9 ?
2. Does Ghost 15 see sata HDD's (unallocated but initialized) from the recovery disk environment?
I need the info before purchasing Ghost 15.
The online chat people were useless. Can anyone here help?
