I have been using Ghost 15 and have been able to backup and recover files without a problem. Today I tried to recover a single file and everytime I use the Recovery My Files function the screen freezes when I click on the Search button. The search never completes (there does not appear to be any disk activity) and the dialog box is just frozen. The Explore option doesn't work either.
If I use Tools/Run Recovery Point Browser I can access and recover files successfully.
So I am assuming that some program I've installed in the last few months is causing a conflict. Any ideas which program is likely to be causing the problem? Any other suggestions?
I ran LiveUpdate and I do have SP1 installed.
