Ghost 15 image says was captuered when computer was under high load???

After each daily backup image…if I load my Ghost boot disk and pick the image that was backed up, it says “This backup was captured when your machine was under high load. It should recover normally, but you may wish to optimize your backup schedule to facilitate VSS quiescing.” The backup takes place while the computer is idle each day at noon. As a test, I restore the image to an unused hard drive and boot with this drive with no apparent problems. I do a backup each day, and each of the saved images, will say the same thing when I try to use one of them to restore a hard drive. In addition, today I decided to stay by the computer to see if anything is running (other than the screen saver) and at the completion of the backup image a small popup window says “Errors Exist”. I opened the last image and did a “verify recovery point”. It said image was valid. So I don’t know what is going on with this. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions on solving this? I run Win 7 64 bit.
