I'm getting error 1720 when I startup my PC or when I click on Ghost. Repair fails, uninstall fails. I saw from another post that I should run the Norton Removal Tool but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. It is in the list of Processes in Task Manager (SymNRT.exe) with CPU = 00 (forever). I get no prompts or any indication that the tool is working. Win XP SP3.
