GHOST 15 - mounting recovery point problems

Hi all, I have GHOST 15 (15.0.1.36526), and it seems to work relatively flawlessly. I have 2 backup jobs:

1. Backup C: drive to D: drive.

2. Backup D: drive to external SATA drive.

If I go to Recover My Files and select a recovery point of the C: drive (which is stored on D:), it mounts the image as a drive letter no problem. Works great. However, if I try to mount an image of the D: drive (stored on my external G: drive), I get the following error:

Cannot mount the recovery point.

(<file name with path>)

Result (0xe98f0032 21 RPAM_ERR_MOUNT_FAILED Args [1] Arg (0xbab0006 0xe0bb01aa):)

This is not an issue of data corruption - via Explorer I can open any of the *.v2i files and browse them just fine, include the D: drive images located on my external G: drive. I can recover files this way without issue. I just cannot mount these recovery points as a drive letter.

I saw this message:

http://community.norton.com/t5/Other-Norton-Products/Need-Help-Norton-Ghost-15-fails-to-allow-mounting-of-recovery/td-p/401462

Which points to this article:

But the above does not seem to apply to me. The "Symatec SymSnap VSS Provider" service is installed and running fine. And remember, I can mount C: drive recovery points just fine.

In case it matters:

C: = 128MB SSD (basic), NTFS

D: = 2TB SATA drive (basic), NTFS

G: = 3TB SATA drive (basic), NTFS

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
