Ghost 15 move files to new drive

The original hard drive on Windows Vista PC was partitioned for C & D.  The space on C was running low so I had a new internal drive installed and used Ghost 15 to copy D to partition E on new drive.

Now want to delete the old D partition and expand C onto old D space, then rename the new E back to D.

What happens to registry entries for D?  Will they be OK or will this cause problems?
