Ghost 15 My Documents Unavailable

Using Ghost 15 on Win 7 with a new Seagate 1TB external drive.  "System" backups seem fine, "My Documents" backups not.  Every "Files and Folders" icon has a question mark in a blue circle (I don't find that icon in Help), and right-clicking for "Properties" says they are "Unavailable".  However, when I do a test restore of a file or two, things seem to work fine.  Can I have confidence in the back ups, or do I have a problem?
