Ghost 15 on Win 7 64 bit --VProConsole issue

Hello All,

 

Recently got a new Dell Studio XPS 8100 with Win 7 64 bit and installed Ghost 15 along with Norton Anti-Virus 2010 ... no problems with Anti-Virus, and Ghost 15 installed fine .. actually I can do a proper backup and incremental backup along with restoring files and folders.

 

Here are the two issues:  On the OPTIONS menu .. when I click that, a window comes up and says "VProConsole has stopped working" ... Windows is checking for a solution to the problem .. then the window disappears and nothing is solved.

 

Second: Again right clicking on the taskbar icon and selecting: OPEN NORTON GHOST .. I get a BLANK PAGE with most of the dropdown menus greyed out .. and nothing else.

 

I spent 6 hours with tech support on the phone and they took over the control of the PC without results!!  Any suggestions? Solutions??
