I deleted autochk.exe. I deleted references to autochk.exe in the registey. Win7 still booted. Oh well.
Hey guys thanks for all the help but I really cannot devote more time to trying to recover my whole OS with all the schoolwork I have going on. I am going to just do a clean install and restore my files/reinstall my programs as I get more time. Thankfully I at least have them all backed up on that ghost image so I have all of my user settings/media files/ etc.
