I just installed Ghost 15 and have the same issue I had with Ghost 14. I have set-up automatic back-ups to an external hdd. As with Ghost 14, today's 'incremental back-up' became a 'full back-up'. I was told by Norton Support that this problem is due to me having a schedule, for 'D' back-up scheduled 'within four (4) hours of each other. Does this make sense?? Thanks in advance for your input.
