One of numerous bugs/errors I’ve encountered in shockingly little use of this product. I have two optical drives: one Blu-ray and one DVD. Sometimes, in Norton Ghost, when making a recovery CD, I get no drives. In yet another time, it got half-way though copying the files from the original disk, then it died with the following error: Error creating the custom recovery environment. MiningDrivers ECA31390 Error ECA31390: The path to SRE is invalid. Must be root of SRE location. Doesn’t mean anything to me. I am specifically NOT loading any 3rd-party drivers that is suggesting because they are completely irrelevant (virtual drives/networks). Yet other times, it works fine. Sometimes, if I run it again, I get the drives showing up. In another case, I switched the BD and DVD drives, and it worked.
