Ghost 15 & SSR 2013 SRDs Fail to boot on Dell Precision T3600 Workstation

I'm running Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit SP1 with SSR 2013 on a Dell Precision T3600 64 bit workstation with a Xeon ES-1650.0 CPU, 16 GB of RAM and containing a PERC H310 Raid adapter that controls two 1 TB HDs currently running as independent C: and D: drives (i.e., in non-RAID configuration).  2013 successfully backs up the C: (boot) drive to D: in weekly sets with offsite copy.  However, attempting to restore C: from image using either the Ghost 15 or the SSR 2013 SRD fails.  Upon attempting to boot from the DVD drive (preceded by the H310 boot from bios), an immediate blue error screen appears stating:

"Your PC needs to be repaired.  There isn't enough memory available to create a ramdisk device.  Error Code 0xC00000017."  (See screen shot)

Attempting to use Lights Out produces the same result.

The T3600 BIOS boot section provides a choice of two interface settings: Legacy (i.e., excluding the UEFI interface) and UEFI.  With WIndows 7, the T3600 boot is set to Legacy.  (See screen shot)

Other findings (FWTW):

The Windows 10 Enterprise installation disk boots successfully from the same DVD drive.

With a Dell Latitude E6520 also running Win 7 and with a closely similar BIOS also set to Legacy (but no RAID adapter), the SRDs boot successfully.

I attempted to customize the 2013 SRD with the H310 driver (percsas2.sys), but the SRD Wizard refused to accept the file.

Although the H310 was the immediate suspect, this is not at all certain (e.g., Win 10 boots and the SRD boot blue error screen appears almost immediately, before the drivers can be loaded.  Also, removing the H310 and reconnecting the HDs could put the remaining system configuration and the HD contents at risk, so the preferred solution is to find a fix short of removing the H310.  Any ideas?
