Ghost 15 USB 3.0 Bug

I have two new HP Notebook PCs, both 64-bit Win7 Home Premium, one with AMD's A-10 Quad-Core processor and the other with Intel's I-5 3rd Gen. They have USB 3.0 ports and one USB 2.0. I routinely make One-Time Backups to my external 1TB Toshiba 3.0 & 2.0 Canvio Bascis 3.0. I also use a Microsoft Optical Mouse. Both Mouse and Toshiba are connected to USB 3.0. Tonight I decided to test Ghost's Recovery Environment booting from the Ghost CD. Ghost 15 will not recognize the Microsoft Mouse or the Toshiba drive if connected to USB 3.0. The Mouse and Toshiba drive are only recognized in the USB 2.0 port. So, at least I have the option of using the Notebook's Mouse Pad with Toshiba connected to my lone USB 2.0 Port.

Per Tony Weiss, Ghost will be discontinued on April 30, 2013. I hope Norton will continue to make bug fixes like the above and provide updated iso files for download to current Ghost 15 owners. Windows 7 will be around for a long time with Extended Support ending 1/14/2020 per this link - http://support.microsoft.com/lifecycle/search/default.aspx?alpha=Windows+7
