Since upgrading to Windows 10 Norton Ghost 15 opens and scans my drives then it requests a licence Key, I have entered the licence key which I located from my order history but it Ghost 15 will not accept the licence key and says it is incorrect even though it is the key published in my original order history.
Could someone please advise me how I get Ghost 15 back working as it was before I upgraded to Windows 10
