Hi

I am trying to use ghost 2003 on my system with fresh loadup of win xp sp3. Trying to clone my hard drive to a usb portable drive. When ghost rebooted system it said  it couldn't assign drive letter for iomega aspi usb , than said previous operation has failed enter # for action to take.

I have tried 1 to exit dos, it asks to enter ghreboot and press enter. system just hangs.

I tried option 3 to return to windows, it replies that it is returning to windows, but system just hangs again!!

How can i stop ghost from trying tostart at bootup so i can boot to normal windows?

thanks in advance for any help!!

Ghost 2003 is trying to load into a 16 bit DOS environment.  I would check all of your USB devices.  Only have one connected.  Keyboard and Mouse are usually the cause so I would make sure that you are using PS/2 connections.  If you cannot trim down to one or the problem still occurs the following document will lead you back into Windows:
