I'm trying to clone a 160Gb sata drive to a 250 Gb one.
I installed Ghost 2003 from the CD but when it rebooted the initial ghost screen came up and just hung with the eggtimer. I left it for 30 minutes before rebooting. Now I cannot boot my original disk which seems (from XP recovery console ) to have become E: and a new partition exists for the ghost application (which fails to boot as above) on C:
I've tried fixboot and fixmbr on the E: XP partition and now it comes up with NTLDR is missing which I assume id the ghost boot c: partition not the XP partition.
Any suggestions would be appreciated as I'm now stuck
