Ghost 9.0 - why won't LIVE UPDATE update me to latest version?

The symantec webstite support section says the latest update of Ghost 9.0 is 9.0.2.3981, 

but when I run Live Update, it says I have the latest, which I don't, as I have 9.0.0.2583.

 

Any thoughts?
