Ghost Backup Sizes

Hi,

I'm moving from Windows 7 Backup to Ghost 15 and have a few questions regardining my setup.

I want to schedule a daily backup to a network share.

However, the main issue I had with Windows 7 is that it would fill up the entire disk of this network share, causing issues. Manually deleting these is painful and can cause corruption so I'm moving on.

I've set Ghost to do a full C:\ image+data backup at 1:00am daily.

How would I get this to only for example, maintain the last weeks worth of data only and do it increments, whilst cycling the old data by deleting correctly?

Also, how often will it do another system image?

Thanks in advanced!

I think most of the people here prefer image backups over the file and folder backups.

There is a great post by Allen comparing the two here:

Allen also has a nice post about scheduling image backups that is in the top section of this forum.

Please see if those help you and let us know if you have any questions.
