someone please please help me. (Norton Ghost 15 sp1 installed)
I have backups of my "My Documents/User" folders i have an automated backup of this every other day, and a Full backup (recovery point) Of C: drive monthly.
Today, i had to do a full HD recover from an older recovery point I figured no problem, i have my "My Documents" saved in a seperate backup on a seperate Hard Drive.
Well the full recovery of the C drive went well. and i'm back in time to 3 weeks ago. BUT i cannot restore my Files from the independent "My Document/user" backups. everytime i try i get an error saying:
*-Error E1ADF123: Cannot recover files.
--This destination is currently unavailable.
If this destination is an external device, make sure the device is connected and turned on. If this destination is over a network, make sure you are logged in.
i get this error no matter where i chose to restore the files to..
i got to have those files back.
help help. help!
