Ghost issue-backup error directory SecuROM - but can't even find SecuROM on my system

Hi,

 

I just purchased and  installed Ghost 15.  Did a system backup with no issues.  Attempted to do a folder and files backup and ran into an issue.  Below are the errors I received:

Error EC8F1C50: Cannot create file backup for job: Test files backup.  Error E7D10026: Unable to get attributes for '//./SymantecSnapshot0/Users/Lou/AppData/Roaming/SecuROM/UserData/ЃϵϳЅЂϿϽϯІχϯπρϴϱЄϱЃϵϳЅ'.   Error EBAB03F1: The system cannot find the file specified.  Error E4BC0004: Unable to backup file C:/Users/Lou/AppData/Roaming/SecuROM/UserData/ЃϵϳЅЂϿϽϯІχϯπρϴϱЄϱЃϵϳЅ . I searched my folders useing "explore" and couldn't even see a SecuROM directory.  First, what am I doing wrong that I can't see this directory on my laptop?  Then, if I found it I could erase it but what if I can't find it?

 

Is there a way for me to pick and choose the folder/files I want to backup ... such as a list from Explore and just tick off what I want without having to add subfolders by hand just so I can leave out a single subfolder?
