I downloaded Ghost 15.0 myself and used it for a few weeks, then it disappeared from my laptop. I reached tech support and they took remote control of my computer and reinstalled it. Then, a few weeks later, it happened again. Once more the remote control guys re-installed it. And then the whole thing happened a third time. Every time I have asked the tech, why is this happening? But they have never answered. I have a Dell Inspiron 6000, about five years old, running Windows XP.
Now, I can't even reach the tech support, just endless FAQ pages and useless virtual agents. My opinion on Norton customer support has reached absolute rock bottom. I am about to demand a refund and go with a shareware product that supposedly does the same thing. I signed up for the customer survey and will have nothing good to say.
