I have been using Ghost 14 to back up files to a second internal drive for two years on a Win XP system There have been no recent hardware or software changes. Two of the three configured backups run with no problems. The third crashes and displays the following error codes:
EBAB03F1 access is denied, E7D10049 Device symantec snapshot0 appears to be offline,E4BS0004 unable to backup
any advice or guidance?
If I should be looking/asking somewhere else, please direct me. I am clearly a "newbie" Thanks
