OK...I'm using SSR2013, but since it works like Ghost 15, I thought I would seek help here from Ghost veterans. Also, I don't find the Veritas forum site to be of much help regarding SSR.
My SSR is set up to perform My Computer backups 3 times per week and to start a full new recovery point set with the first backup run at the beginning of a new month. So, it performed a scheduled backup on 1 Jan and created a new recovery point set. However, when I checked the details on the Status tab, it no longer shows any of the backups that were performed before 1 Jan. It's as if there were never any backups created before the 1 Jan backup. My PC has a 2TB drive and I'm using a 3TB ext backup drive. Up until now, all previous backups/icons were shown on the Status page along with a new recovery point set icon, but not now...there's nothing there except the 1 Jan backup. So, does it sound like I have set up something incorrectly? The Home page shows plenty of space available on the 3TB backup drive...just as it did before the 1 Jan backup. I welcome your inputs and suggestions. Thanks.
