There is a file on my PC and on my laptop in my C drive. I found this file by accident and it did not look familiar, so I googled it and the hits showed that it was malware. So I ran my Norton Security Suite full system scan and it came back clean.
I asked the IT guy at work and he told me that it is a virus that showed up in November (my file says it has been on my PC since 9/25/11.
He suggested I download and run SuperAntiSpyware to remove it.
Can someone one this forum suggest a fix? Why isn't Norton recognizing this file? I have not had any problems with my PC.
