I’m trying to sell a software as a service, and I am receiving emails that norton is blocking users’ access to my landing page and web app on IOS. I am almost certain that it has to do with the domain because it blocks access to all subdomains even though it only serves only html with very minimal javascript or analytics scripts over https.
I created a norton account and had my website domain verified by including the verification tag but it still blocks me when i navigate to it. Is there a delay or do I need to do something differently?
Please understand this is my business, and Im receiving emails that customers don’t want to go to the website because they think its malware even though its just basic html over https.
