Give us back local control of our password and credential vault.

With the revelations of NSA and Government spying on cloud servers and remote data stores, along with the often daily hacks into commercial servers by criminal enterprises, why would Symantec take away the end users local control of his sensitive passwords and credential files ?    I am a private citizen that has used the Norton Internet Security product for over 10 years, on 3 workstations, and do not trust any "cloud" based storage.   Unless you come to your senses and provide a product that gives the end user full control of a local vault where his passwords are stored, and without "nag screens" and  questions everytime one access's his password vault to add or backup the file, I will be ending use of your NIS product.  I know you do not earm much money from me, but I can assure you there are millions like me that demand local password storage, like in the NIS 2012 product.  Perhaps you can provide the user community some indication of the direction you are going to take on these complaints.
