Last week I discovered my Identity monitoring has not been working for almost two years. I contacted Global support many times over the last six days and spent numerous hours on the phone and as of today they have done nothing for me except waste my time. Today I requested the phone number for customer support personnel in the United States and I was advised there is no number for the United States customer support. I requested to speak to a a global support supervisor and he confirmed there is no way for me to call United States customer support directly. He offered to setup a call so that I would be called from with United States customer support in the next 48 to 72 hours. I advised him that I need a call back ASAP since I been wasting my time with global support for the last six days. He advised me that he would request an expedited call back for tomorrow afternoon.
I have been a Norton customer for over twenty years and I never had any complaints about the customer service or their technical support staff until this week.
Norton support is non existing and I would not recommend their product.
