global root\systemroot\PRAGMAigrjqvgobw\pragmaserf.dll error

I recently had a virus, purchased norton, and it is still causing errors when I launch explorer, specifically the global root\systemroot\PRAGMAiqrjqvgobw\pragmaserf.dll error( bad image), it also redirects me when I am online and is a pain in the **bleep**

I have serfed these forums, but all of the fixes and advice I see is very complicated for a novice like me. I can follow the steps but when they say look for suspicious files, it would have to have a neon sign for me to know the dif then I don't know what to do with it when I do find something suspicious

I have checked the systems config, and registry editor, there are files in there related to the virus like Defense Center which was the fake AV in the virus, under currentuser/software/microsoft/windows/run

there are probably more but I didn't recognize them

Is there a patient person out there who can help with this problem?

thanks
