Hello I was wondering if anyone could help me (I am kind of new to these forums so I'm sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place!)
On try to access the internet a pop-up comes up saying: 'The application or DLL globalroot\systemroot\system23\UAChqcjxqkevp.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.' Several messages of a similar nature also appear on start up. I have run anti-virus and it has detected 16 virus threats which it cannot get rid of. I have tried to do this with my computer in 'Safe Mode' but to no avail! Would anyone be able to suggest any possible solutions?
